- We collect your email, a hashed password, what you make, and basic usage info so the site works.
- Your prompts and photos go to AI services only to make your model.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Free and Basic pages show Google ads, which use cookies. Pro has no ads.
- We don't sell your data. Email us to delete your account.
This policy explains what GeniusForge (geniusforge.app) collects, why, and your choices.
1. What we collect
- Account: your email, whether it's verified, and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password).
- Your models: prompts, photos you upload, pictures you pick, and the 3D files we make. Only you can see them in My models.
- Usage: how many AI models you made and when (for plan limits), and basic server logs like IP address for security and abuse prevention.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan and status, never your card number.
2. How we use it
To run your account, make your models, send account emails (like the email verification link), enforce plan limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the site. We don't send marketing emails without your permission.
3. Cookies and ads
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Pages for logged-out, Free and Basic users show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads at Google Ad Settings, and learn more at how Google uses data from sites that use its services. Pro users don't see ads.
4. Who we share with
Prompts and pictures are sent to third-party AI services (such as Hugging Face hosted models and image generators) to make your model. Picture search queries go to Openverse and Wikimedia. Payments go to Stripe. Account emails are sent through our email provider. Ads are provided by Google. We host the site on Hugging Face, with the domain on Cloudflare. We don't sell your data.
5. Keeping and deleting
We keep your account and models until you ask us to delete them. Email us to get a copy of your data or to delete your account and data. Stripe may keep payment records as required by law.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and private model storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
7. Children
GeniusForge is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child under 13 has an account, email us and we'll delete it.
8. Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes, and tell you on the site or by email about important changes.
