Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GeniusForge ("GeniusForge", "we", "us"), the website at geniusforge.app. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use GeniusForge.

1. Accounts

You need an account to make models. Give a real email address you can access; new accounts must confirm their email by clicking a verification link before making AI models. Keep your password secret: you are responsible for everything done with your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission (and they must agree to these Terms for you, including for any purchase). One person per account; don't share or resell accounts.

2. Plans and subscriptions

• Free: a small number of AI models per day (shown on the site). Keychains, name signs and phone stands are free. Ads are shown.
• Basic: $10.00 USD per month, with your first month at $5.00. Includes 10 AI models per rolling 7-day week (a model counts for 7 days after you make it). Ads are shown.
• Pro: $20.00 USD per month, with your first month at $10.00. Unlimited AI models for normal personal use, and no ads.

Prices are in US dollars and may not include taxes. We may change prices or plan features in the future; if a price change affects your subscription, we'll tell you before it applies, and you can cancel before then. "Unlimited" means reasonable personal use: we may limit automated, bulk, or abusive use that harms the service for others.

3. Billing, renewal and cancelling

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically every month and Stripe charges your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage plan in your account menu. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused models, except where the law requires it. If a payment fails, your account may move back to the Free plan. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us.

4. Promo codes

Promo or discount codes are optional, can only be used as described when issued, may expire, have no cash value, and can't be combined unless we say so. A promo code replaces the normal first-month discount. We may cancel codes that were obtained or used unfairly.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use GeniusForge to make, upload or share anything that:

• is illegal, or helps someone break the law;
• is a weapon, weapon part, or anything meant to hurt people;
• copies trademarks, characters or designs you don't have the right to use;
• is sexual, hateful, harassing, or shows someone without their permission;
• involves children in any harmful way.

Also don't: try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site; get around limits, paywalls or ads by tricks or multiple accounts; or use bots to make models in bulk.

6. Your content and who owns the models

Your input: you keep ownership of the text and photos you submit. You promise you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to process them (including sending them to our AI providers) only so we can make your model and run the service.

Your models: as between you and us, you own the 3D models you make with GeniusForge, and you may print, use, share and sell them, as long as that's legal and doesn't break anyone else's rights. Because AI can produce similar results for similar requests, other users may get models that look like yours. Pictures from the search feature come from Creative Commons sources: follow their licenses and credit their creators. The example models on the site and the GeniusForge website itself belong to us.

7. AI results are not guaranteed

Models are made by AI and automatic tools. They may be inaccurate, look different from what you asked for, or have flaws. We don't guarantee that any model is printable, strong, safe, or fit for a particular purpose, even after our automatic repair. Print time and material estimates are approximate. Always check a model in your slicer before printing. Printed objects are not toys for small children unless you've made sure they're safe, and you print and use them at your own risk.

8. Ads

Pages for logged-out, Free and Basic users show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads (see our Privacy Policy). Pro users don't see ads in the site. We're not responsible for advertisers' products or websites.

9. Availability

GeniusForge relies on third-party AI and hosting services that can be slow or unavailable. We try to keep things running but don't promise the site will always be available, fast, or error-free. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

10. No warranty

GeniusForge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GeniusForge and the people who run it won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, materials or print time, or for damage or injury caused by printed objects. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $10 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Termination

You can stop using GeniusForge anytime, and you can ask us to delete your account by email (cancel any subscription first). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk, and we may remove content that breaks these Terms. If we close your account without a good reason related to your conduct, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid month.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll give notice on the site or by email. If you keep using GeniusForge after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
